 How To Use

External Use

  • 250ml per bottle
  • As an anti-stress: Pour e 2 capfuls into warm bathwater, Soak, and wait for 20 minutes.
  • For Irritating skin or scalp: Apply gently as a massage on the affected area and wait for at least  5 minutes before washing away.
  • It can also be applied to the scalp and left on overnight and rinsed off in the morning.
  • Skin blemishes & spots: Apply directly to the blemish or spot and leave overnight, Re-apply if necessary.
  • Sore or tired feet: Add 1 capful of warm water in a foot bath. Soak your feet and relax for 20 minutes.

Internal Use:

  • A sore throat and mouth irritations: Gargle with MARINA SPA 2 – 3 times daily.
  • Body cleansing and general wellness: Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) once or twice a day, repeat as necessary.
  • For the absence of Menstruation pour 2 covers in warm water stir and drink morning and night. You may add 40 plus for women and Aloe Vite.
