Natural Cure For Prostate Disorder

Prostate Disorder

The prostate is a small gland, usually described as “walnut-sized,” that, together with the seminal vesicles, squeezes the fluid into the urethra as sperm moves through during sexual climax. This fluid, which helps makes up semen, energizes the sperm and makes the vaginal canal less acidic. Prostrate is located just below the bladder and surrounds the urethra, the tube through which urine passes through the penis.

Problems with the prostate are usually connected to aging: the older you are, the more likely your chances of experiencing prostate problems and symptoms. Young men are rarely affected by these disorders.

After age fifty, however, disorders of the gland are among the most common of men’s health complaints. Eighty percent of all prostate cancer diagnoses, for instance, are made after age sixty-five, and by age seventy, ninety percent of all men display at least some symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

Types of Disorders

Prostate problems or symptoms tend to fall into three common categories:

  1. Prostatitis, or inflammation of the gland;
  2. Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), which results in an enlarged prostate that can narrow the urethra;
  3. And cancer.

Symptoms of Prostate Problems

Symptoms of the three disorders are often very seminar, which includes any of the following:

  • Difficulty or pain while urinating
  • Burning sensation while urinating
  • Pelvic pain
  • Frequent urination
  • Abdominal pain
  • “dribbling” or incontinence
  • Impotence
  • A feeling that your bladder never fully empties
  • A sudden inability to urinate
  • Urinary tract infection
  • Blood presents in urine and/or anemia
  • Frequent nighttime urination

How to deal with a prostate disorder?

Prostatitis can be treated by antibiotics. BPH is the most common one that results in complications that might need surgery together with medications. As the prostate enlarges, the layer of tissue surrounding it stops it from expanding, causing the gland to press against the urethra like a clap on a garden hose. The bladder wall becomes thicker and irritable. The bladder begins to contract even when it contains small amounts of urine, causing more frequent urination. Eventually, the bladder weakens and loses the ability to empty itself, so some of the urine remains in the bladder. The narrowing of the urethra and partial emptying of the bladder cause many of the complications associated with BPH.

Sexual Function and Impotence

Certain prostate treatments can result in impotence, a fact that scares many men away from seeking treatment. The fear of possible impotence can result in men denying their symptoms and putting off treatment. While some treatments carry the risk of erectile dysfunction, other treatments are much safer. The treatment of choice depends, in part, on the nature of the disorder and its severity. Without treatment, BPH, cancer and other prostate disorders can result in impotence themselves, so a male with prostate disorders should seek medical assistance.

Can Prostate disorders be prevented?

Maintaining a healthy weight by avoiding excess calories and keeping physically active is a good step based on today’s evidence. Eating a balanced plant-based diet loaded with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and beans, which the American Institute for Cancer Research advocates for lower cancer risk, is another. For now, that’s the soundest advice to avoid the seemingly unavoidable enlargement of the prostate.

Green World’s Advice to Male

The life-expectancy gap between men and women is 5.2 years, which means men need to pay more attention to their health. Because compared to women, men are more likely to:

  • Smoke and drink more, and generally lead less healthy lifestyles
  • Put off routine checkups and even ignore symptoms of a health problem
  • Join in fearless, risky, and dangerous behaviors

The good news is that many of the diseases and health conditions that men face can be prevented – or treated if they are found early. To start taking better care of your health, learn about your risk factors. Risk factors are things in your life that increase your chances of getting a certain disease. Some risk factors you cannot change, such as your age or family history. But many are in your control. You can decide to quit smoking or walking for 30 minutes a day. Find out what you can do to lower your risk factors and improve your overall health. By doing so, you will feel good, knowing you are doing all you can do to take charge of your own health.

How To Gain Fast Weight Loss

Green World Weight Loss Package
– Shape you up and be fit.

Weight loss at present has become the focus worldwide not only because of the beautiful and attractive figure but also human health. The problem of obesity annoys different age groups from children to senile people. Maybe you are the grandmother, grandson or parents and you have spent too much time on losing weight without any effect. Here comes the good news for all people who want to get a healthy constitution. Green World Slimming Care Package is introduced to shape your body and uplift your spirit and let’s have a close look at obesity before we start.

What is obesity?slimming

Obesity is defined as a medical condition rather than a simple overweight problem because the excess fat can lead to a serious adverse effect on health and increase mortality risks. On average, obesity reduces life expectancy by six to seven years. Obesity has become one of the most serious public health problems (both in kids and adult) of the 21st century worldwide. In the United States, obesity is estimated to cause an excess 111,909 to 365,000 deaths per year, while 1 million deaths in the European Union. A research on seven African countries suggested an overwhelming 35% increase of overweight/obese people during the past decade due to the access to convenient foods with high content of fat and sugar.

However, people sometimes are confused with their weight. What indicates you are overweight or obese? That means you get the healthy weight? Green World here will introduce a measurement (BMI, body mass index) to you.

Metric: BMI = kilograms / meters2

US customary and imperial: BMI = Ib * 703 / in2

Where Ib is the subject’s weight in pounds and it is the subject’s height in inches.

BMI

CLASSIFICATION

<18.5 Underweight
18.5-24.9 Normal weight
25.0-29.9 Overweight
30.0-34.9 Class I obesity
35.0-39.9 Class II obesity
≥40.0 Class III obesity

Why do you need to maintain a normal weight?

The reason why you need to maintain a normal weight is your health rather than the appearance. Obesity increases the risk of many physical and mental diseases like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood lipid, fatty liver, cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, respiratory problems and significantly shortens the lifespan.

What causes obesity?

  • Diet

Overtake of high calories food like meat, fast food, chocolate, pastry, and the sweetened beverages will cause excess fat accumulated in the human body. Alcoholic beverages are considered “empty” calories because alcohol contains no beneficial nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. And if overeating is complemented with excessive drinking, it won’t take much time before you find yourself in a severe life-threatening problem of obesity.

  • Lack of physical activity

Currently, at least 60% of the world’s population gets insufficient exercise. 25-35% of the population is inactive, meaning that they have sedentary jobs, no regular physical activity program and are generally inactive around the house or yard. It will eventually make you get obesity, lose fitness and increase the risk of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, colon cancer, and other health problems.

  • Genetics

Genes also play an important role in the development of obesity. Children who have the obese parents are more likely to get obesity. A family history of obesity increases your chances of becoming obese by about 25 to 30 percent. Heredity does not destine you to be overweight, but by influencing the amount of body fat and fat distribution, genes can make you more susceptible to gaining weight.

  • Lack of sleep

Studies find that the fewer people sleep, the more likely they are to be overweight or obese. People who report sleeping 5 hours a night, for example, are much more likely to compare with people who sleep 7-8 hours a night. Insulin is released during sleep that controls appetite and normalizes blood sugar level. People who don’t get enough sleep have insulin and blood sugar level that is similar to those in people who are likely to have diabetes. Also, people who don’t get enough sleep regularly seems to have high levels of a hormone called ghrelin (which causes hunger) and low levels of a hormone called leptin (which normally helps curb hunger).

How To Prevent And Treat Obesityweight

  • Diet

Take a healthy diet with more fresh vegetables, fruit, and whole grains. Avoid frequenting the fast food chains. Keep junk food out of your house as well. If you really like stuff like pizza and burgers, indulge in them not more than once or twice a month.

  • Eat slowly & only when you are hungry

Do not skip any of the three meals per day. Rather, divide them into small meals, stretched over a gap of 2-3 hours. At the same time, cut off high calories snacks in between the meals. Eat small portions of food and do not gulp them down. Do not stuff yourself with food when are not hungry. Eat only when your body signals you to have food. Eat slowly because the stomach takes some time to fell ‘full’.

  • Drink plenty of water

Drink lots of water will help your body detoxify all the impurities present in the system. Doctors recommend you to take 8 -10 glasses of water every day. Remember, water cleanses and rejuvenates your skin as well.

  • Take regular physical exercise

For the greatest overall health benefits, experts recommend that you do 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic activity three or more times a week and some types of muscle strengthening activity and stretching at least twice a week. However, if are unable to this level of activity, you can gain substantial health benefits by accumulating 30 minutes or more of moderate-intensity physical activity a day, at least five times a week.

Erectile Dysfunction

Green World Male Care Package
(The Crowned Masculinity)

Many health problems that are shared by men and women, such as cardiovascular disease and some cancers. This tend to affect men earlier in life. There are also certain conditions including prostate disorders, impotence and other sexual dysfunctions that are specific to men. Men are also at higher risk of injuries, death on the roads and suicide. Overall there are more premature deaths in men than in women.

Despite these challenges to their health, men tend to ignore their symptoms, are less likely to visit their doctors for advice, and may be especially reluctant to ask for help when they notice abnormalities of their health. Here we have listed certain disorders that men may come across at different ages.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Sexual dysfunction – erectile dysfunction, sometimes called “impotence”is the repeated inability to get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. The word “impotence”may also be used to describe other problems that interfere with sexual intercourse and reproduction, such as lack of sexual desire and problems with ejaculation or orgasm. Using the term erectile dysfunction makes it clear that those other problems are not involved.

Erectile dysfunction, or ED, can be a total inability to achieve erection, an inconsistent ability to do so, or a tendency to sustain only brief erections. In older men, ED usually has a physical cause, such as disease, injury, or side effects of drugs. Any disorder that causes injury to the nerves or impairs blood flow in the penis has the potential to cause ED. Incidence increases with age: About 5 percent of 40-year-old men and between 15 and 25 percent of 65-year-old men experience ED. But it is not an inevitable part of aging.

What causes erectile dysfunction (ED)?

Damage to nerves, arteries, smooth muscles, and fibrous tissues, often as a result of disease, is the most common cause of ED. Diseases-such as diabetes, kidney disease, chronic alcoholism, multiple sclerosis, atherosclerosis, vascular disease, and neurologic disease-account for about 70 percent of ED cases. Between 35 and 50 percent of men with diabetes experience ED.

Lifestyle choices that contribute to heart disease and vascular problems also raise the risk of erectile dysfunction. Also, surgery (especially radical prostrate and bladder surgery for cancer) can injure nerves and arteries near the penis, causing ED. Experts believe that psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, guilt, depression, low self-esteem, and fear of sexual failure cause 10 to 20 percent of ED cases. Men with a physical cause for ED frequently experience the same sort of psychological reactions (stress, anxiety, guilty, and depression). Other possible causes are smoking, which affects blood flow in veins and arteries, and hormonal abnormalities, such as not enough testosterone.

How to deal with ED?

Most physicians suggest that treatments proceed from least to most invasive. For some men, making a few healthy lifestyle changes may solve the problem. Quitting smoking, losing excess weight, and increasing physical activity may help some men regain sexual function.

Premature Ejaculation (PE)

Premature ejaculation (PE; also known as rapid ejaculation) is the most common type of sexual dysfunction in men younger than 40 years. An estimated 30% of males experience this problem. Most professionals who treat premature ejaculation define this condition as the occurrence of ejaculation prior to the wishes of both sexual partners. This broad definition thus avoids specifying a precise duration for sexual partners.

Broad definition

This Broad definition thus avoids specifying a precise duration for sexual relations and reaching a climax. This is variable and depends on many factors specific to the individuals engaging in intimate relations. An occasional instance of premature ejaculation might not be cause for concern. Also if the problem occurs with more than 50% of attempted sexual relations, a dysfunctional pattern usually exists for which treatment may be appropriate. Today, most sex therapists understand premature ejaculation as occurring when a lack of ejaculatory control interferes with sexual or emotional well-being in one or both partners.

Premature ejaculation

In most cases premature ejaculation does matter, because it makes people unhappy and frustrated. And in severe cases PE can threaten or even ruin a marriage – -simply because it spoils the sex lives of both partners. Sometimes, the condition is so bad the man can’t have sex because he ejaculates before he can get into the vagina. This can be devastating for a man’s self-confidence. And it can be hugely frustrating and annoying for his partner – especially if she wants to get pregnant.

If a male has always experienced premature ejaculation from the time he began coitus, then he has primary premature ejaculation. If he had successful coital relationships in the past, yet began experiencing premature ejaculation with the current relationship, then he has secondary premature ejaculation. In most cases, secondary premature ejaculation is easier to treat and has a better prognosis.

What causes premature ejaculation?erectile

The cause of premature ejaculation is considered as psychological factor, although this has not been definitively confirmed.

Primary premature ejaculation

  • The male has never experienced sexual relations without also experiencing premature ejaculation; deep-seated emotional disturbance may be present.
  • Sometimes, the behavior is a conditioned response resulting from teen masturbation practices. But, sometimes, the patient has deep anxiety about sex that relates to one or more traumatic experiences encountered during development.

Secondary premature ejaculation

With regard to secondary premature ejaculation, some type of performance anxiety is often a major factor.

  • Performance pressure (i.e. fear of failure to satisfy the partner) can arise from various precipitating events. Erectile Dysfunction is a common precipitating events. Erectile Dysfunction is a common precipitating event. If the male is afraid his erection will not last, because of either actual instances of previous Erectile Dysfunction or imagined failure of his erection. This may precipitate premature ejaculation. The male may have used the phrase, “Honey, you excited me so much I just could not hold back. This might be a way for him to avoid admitting to humiliation of being unable to keep his erection throughout intercourse. If he climaxes quickly, he then has an excuse to justify his inability to maintain his erection.
  • Perhaps Erectile Dysfunction is not a part of the problem. Possibly, his partner has belittled him with comments such as “You must not be much of a man. Since you cannot stay hard until I am satisfied. She actually may have difficulty achieving climax through intercourse and may require direct clitoral stimulation to reach a climax. If she does not communicate this to him. She may also conceal it because of feelings about her own inadequacy. This will always fail to provide coital satisfaction for her.
(In case the female partner has inadequacy of a loving gift of Green World Silver Eva Spray will be the answer. This high-tech product stimulates sexual excitement, moisturizes vagina as well as shortens the time of achieving orgasm.)

heart

How To Naturally Treat Heart Diseases.

The circulatory system is composed of the cardiovascular system including arteries, veins, capillaries which distribute blood and lymphatic system which distributes lymph. It functions to pass nutrients like amino acids, electrolytes, gases, hormones, blood cells, etc. to and from cells in the body to help fight diseases and help stabilize body temperature and PH to maintain homeostasis.

The blood is oxygenated when tiny blood vessels, called capillaries, absorb oxygen from the lungs and in turn discharge carbon dioxide, which we then exhale. These blood vessels feed into the heart, which pumps the oxygenated blood to all cells. At the cells, the blood vessels once more become a network of extremely thin capillaries, which give off oxygen plus other nutrients and in return receive waste products. Oxygen plus glucose is needed to make energy within every cell of the body; the waste products are carbon dioxide and water.

The blood vessels that supply cells with nutrients and oxygen are called arteries, while the blood vessels that carry away waste products and carbon dioxide are called veins. Arterial blood is a brighter red than venous blood because oxygen is carried on a complex called hemoglobin, which contains iron. The pressure in the arteries is also greater than in the veins. Returning to the heart after it has visited the cells, all blood passes through the kidneys. Here, waste products are removed and formed into urine that is stored in the bladder.

The human heart maintaining the blood circulation of cardiovascular system is a chambered, muscular organ that pumps blood from veins into the arteries by repeated, rhythmic contractions. It is about the size of a fist between 250 and 350 grams. It is located between your lungs in the middle of your chest, behind and slightly to the left of your sternum (breastbone). The heart plays a vital role of life maintenance and meanwhile cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide. Over 459,000 American deaths and 101,00 deaths in the United Kingdom annually are due to coronary heart disease. The WHO (World Health Organization) has reported that the number of disability and death due to cardiovascular disease in sub-Saharan Africa rose from 5.3 million for men and 6.3 million for women in 1990 to 6.5 million and 6.9 million in 2000, and could rise to 8.1 million and 7.9 million in 2010.

ATHEROSCLEROSIS-Disease of arteries and precursors of heart disease

Heart disease is wrongly named. The main life-threatening diseases are disease of the arteries. ASVD known as atherosclerosis is a medical condition that the arteries become hard, narrow and thick due to the build-up of fatty materials such as cholesterol. It is dangerous because it is a chronic disease which begins in early adolescence and usually remains asymptomatic. However, decades of fat deposition will form arterial plaque or atheroma which narrows the arteries, reduces the blood flow, increases blood pressure. Atherosclerosis, coupled with thicker than normal blood containing clots, can lead to a blockage in the arteries, which stops the flow of blood and leads to death of the tissues fed by the artery in approximately 5 minutes. If this catastrophic event occurs in the arteries feeding the heart, the part of the heart fed by these blood vessels will die from lack of oxygen. That is the myocardial infarction (heart attack). If a blockage occurs in the brain, the affected brain cells will die and thus cause stroke (see Brian Care Package). If a blockage occurs in the legs, it can result in leg pain, which is a form of thrombosis (a thrombus is a blood clot). When peripheral circulation, for example in the hands and feet.

Angina

When you get atherosclerosis in the arteries of heart, there will be insufficient blood supply to heart due to the narrowing or partial blockage of coronary arteries. Angina is a condition when the chest pain occurs under different moments like exertion, severe emotional stress, heavy meals or vigorous exercise during which the heart muscle demands more blood oxygen than the partial blockage of coronary arteries can deliver. It often lasts from 1 to 15 minutes and is relieved by rest or by placing a nitroglycerin tablet under the tongue. Nitroglycerin can relax the blood vessels and lowers blood pressure. Both rest and nitroglycerin decreases the heart muscles demand for oxygen, thus reliving angina. Angina is only the symptom of atherosclerosis and the sign of heart attack

Heart Attack

A heart attack (also known as a myocardial infarction) is the death of heart muscle from the sudden blockage of a coronary artery by a blood clot. Coronary arteries are blood vessels that supply the heart muscle with blood and oxygen. Blockage of a coronary artery deprives the heart muscle of blood and oxygen, causing injury to the heart muscle. Injury to the heart muscle causes chest pain and chest pressure sensation. If blood flow is not restored to the heart muscle within 20 to 40 minutes, irreversible death of the heart muscle will begin to occur. Heart muscle continues to die for six to eight hours at which time the heart attack usually is “complete.” The dead heart muscle is eventually replaced by scar tissue. WHEN A HEART ATTACK OCCURS, NO TIME MUST BE LOST IN GETTING THE PATIENT TO HOSPITAL.

Causes of heart disease

Atherosclerosis, thrombosis and arteriosclerosis

Two main factors are responsible for heart disease: atherosclerosis (the formation of deposits) and the presence of blood clots (thick blood). However, there is a third problem that can and usually does occur along with atherosclerosis. That is arteriosclerosis, the hardening of the arteries. Arteries are elastic and , whether or not atherosclerosis is present, tend to lose their elasticity and harden with age. One reason for this is a lack of vitamin C, which is needed to make collagen, the intercellular ‘glue’that keeps skin and arteries supple. Arteriosclerosis, atherosclerosis and thick blood can all raise blood pressure, putting you at greater risk of thrombosis, angina, a heart attack or a stroke.

High blood pressure

In the same way that the pressure in a hosepipe increases and decrease as the tap is turned on and off, the pressure in the arteries increase when the heart beats and decreases in lull before the next beat. These are called your systolic and diastolic blood pressure respectively. If the arteries are blocked, or if the blood is too thick, the pressure increases in order to provide enough blood for the heart. Normal blood pressure is below 120/80; blood pressure between 120/80 and 139/89 is called “pre-hypertension”, and a blood pressure of 140/90 or above is considered high. An elevation of the systolic and/or diastolic blood pressure causes arterosclerosis, which in turn, increases risk of developing heart disease.

High blood lipid

Hyperlipidemia (high blood lipid) refers to increased levels of lipids (fats) in the blood, including cholesterol and trglycerides. Cholesterol can’t dissolve in the blood. It has to be transported to and from the cells by carriers called lipoproteins. It is combined with low-density lipoprotein, or LDL, it is known as “bad”cholesterol; combined with high-density lipoprotein, HDL, it is known as “good”cholesterol.

LDL (Bad) Cholesterol

If a large proportion of a person’s cholesterol is combined with LDL, it is more likely to be deposited in the artery walls. Together with other substances, it can form plaque, a thick, hard deposit that can narrow the arteries and make them less flexible. This condition is known as atherosclerosis. If a clot forms and blocks a narrowed artery, heart attack or stroke can result.

HDl (good) Cholesterol

HDL takes cholesterol out of the arteries and back to the liver. So it has been popularized as “good” Cholesterol. The ideal ratio is one part HDL cholesterol to three parts total cholesterol (the combination of LDL, HDL and triglycerides level in your blood). Triglycerides
Triglycerides is a form of fat made in the body. Elevated triglycerides can be due to overweight/obesity, physical inactivity, cigarette smoking, excess alcohol consumption and a diet very high in carbohydrates (60 percent of total calories or more). People with high triglycerides often have a high cholesterol level, including a high LDL (bad) level and a low HDL (good) level. Many people with heart disease and /or diabetes also have high triglyceride levels.

High level of homocysteine

Research conducted by VA Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island, USA; Massachusetts-based Framingham Heart Study, USA; together with a study carried out by the European Concerted Action Group from nineteen medical centers in nine European countries suggested that having a high level of homocysteine in the blood was as great a risk factor for cardiovascular disease as smoking or having elevated blood cholesterol level. By taking Vitamin B Complex, specifically, folic acid, B12 and B6 may lower your homocysteine scores.

How Can You have a healthy heart?

Take a heart healthy diet

the heart healthy diet can lower LDL cholesterol by reducing saturated fat intake including beef, butter, cheese, milk, and coconut and palm oils. Lower triglyceride levels by reducing consumption of sugary and processed foods. The diet is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy products that can help protect your heart. Healthy diet will dramatically reduce the risk of many heart disorders.

Stay away from smoking and alcohol

There are more than 4,800 chemicals contained in cigarette. Particularly, the nicotine can damage your heart by narrowing the arteries, increasing heart beat and blood pressure. Many studies suggest that moderate alcohol consumption helps protect against heart disease by raising HDL (good) cholesterol and reducing plaque accumulations in your arteries. However heavy drinking will damage the heart and increase blood pressure.

Take regular physical exercise

Regularly participating in moderately vigorous physical activity can prevent heart disease by keeping normal weight which can reduce the risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. It also release stress and regulates your emotions which may be a factor in heart disease.

Take Green World Cardio Care Package
